Success can be achieved as an individual or as a member of a team. Let me share what I am talking about.  While in high school I was  a member of the #1-ranked soccer team in the nation. We won as a team, but individually we had many soon to be college All American’s, as well as  several later to be, professional players. Individually and as a team we breed success!

As a golfer, I experienced many highlights and earned many individual honors. They included individual championships and as a team our players were nationally ranked.  As a “worker” during college,  I opened and was employed at what became the “top-rated private” new golf course in the United States. I “know” I was part of these success’.

After a formal training period in the real estate industry, including the invaluable coaching and mentoring received from our company’s owner, I simply followed his “system”, was accountable, responsible, and worked hard. To prove this is the winning combination, in one year I earned the distinctions of Top Listing Associate for Gross Commission Income, Top Sales Associate for Gross Commission Income, Top Overall Sales Associate, and was awarded the President’s Club award in the states of North and South Carolina. This was accomplished while working for one of the largest private residential real estate companies in the nation.

While all of that was great for me, what I am most proud to write and speak about, and what has taken me on to this path of solving peoples problems.  Most of my earned awards have now been won by people I have hired and or trained.
